In the GREEN VILLA, in addition to the park's own hotspot, you have a fast and secured Internet connection both by cable ( LAN ) and wireless ( WLAN ) available.
Even streaming films and series is like this (e.g. Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc.) no problem. The corresponding apps are pre-installed on the smart TV with cable connection. Sports programs such as Bundesliga matches can also be streamed smoothly via the apps from DAZN, Amazon Prime, etc. Simply enter your access data for your personal account in the respective app and you're good to go. SKY Ticket is not pre-installed as an app, but can easily be received via an AppleTV box you have brought with you or a Chromecast.
Even working like in the home office or mobile working is reliably possible thanks to the good internet connection and good cell phone reception.

2 high quality bathrooms
The master bath is exclusively accessible from the master bedroom. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy even more privacy.
The second bathroom is particularly characterized by the wellness shower in XXL format .
Both ground-level bathrooms are elegantly furnished with a design washbasin including a spacious drawer base cabinet, as well as a practical bathroom heater for nice and warm towels, a large illuminated mirror, a Rainshower overhead shower and additional hand shower.

A separate toilet is a pleasant comfort feature, especially when vacationing with several people. This means that the bathrooms remain free for the other GREEN VILLA holidaymakers when they visit the toilet. The room is equipped, among other things, with a soft-close seat, an opaque window made of frosted glass that can be opened, and electric ventilation.
barrier-free ground floor
On the ground floor of the GREEN VILLA everything can be conveniently reach without steps . Here you have direct access to all essential areas: 2 bedrooms, the living and dining area with kitchen and garden terrace (only low sliding door threshold) and garden. That means you don't need to lug your purchases up the stairs. You can also serve your food and drinks from the kitchen in the garden in a relaxed manner: open the sliding door and off you go!
In the wet areas on the ground floor (2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet) there is only a small bottom strip as a moisture barrier, which can be easily overcome (e.g. with a walker). The shower trays are equipped with a particularly low threshold.
Even the few meters to the parking lot are easy to reach without a threshold .

The interior doors and corridors have the usual dimensions of a Dutch holiday home and are therefore somewhat narrower. Wheelchair users should therefore inquire with us about the exact dimensions and requirements before booking.
practical storage room outside
There is a barrier-free, lockable storage room right in front of the front door.
You can use this well, for example, for bicycles, prams, bicycle trailers, buggies etc
This keeps your equipment dry, clean and safe.

Alternatively, bicycles can also be safely parked on the fenced property and chained to the fence if necessary.

High-quality mattresses and box spring beds allow you to rest comfortably at night, so that you can start the new day at the sea relaxed and rested in the morning.

A high-quality stainless steel gas grill is available to guests of the GREEN VILLA. A suitable gas bottle is available. You would only have to have them filled on site. Alternatively, you can get a gas bottle from the gas station or hardware store nearby (preferably with CO2-neutral propane gas) and your BBQ can start right away.
lounge furniture
In addition to the furniture on the garden terrace, high-quality lounge furniture with comfortable upholstery is available (3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, 2-seater bench and lounge table). The upholstery can then be conveniently stowed away in the appropriate storage box.

We have equipped the GREEN VILLA with custom- fit mosquito nets in sensible places (e.g. bedroom windows). This ensures significantly more well-being both during the day and at night.
BOSE sound system
Of course, a feel-good ambience also includes the right sound. Therefore, the GREEN VILLA is equipped with a first-class music system from BOSE . You can transfer your favorite music to this either by streaming (e.g. Apple AirPlay) or by jack plug (3.5mm AUX connection). If required, the Bose Soundtouch app offers you additional functionalities (Spotify, Amazon Music, Deezer, TuneIn etc.). Various radio stations are preset on the music system and can be played intuitively even without an app at the touch of a button.

You usually take more with you than you actually need on site. There are practical built-in cupboards in the GREEN VILLA for the things you have brought with you, so that you do not have to live out of a suitcase.

dogs welcome
Dogs are not only tolerated in the pet-friendly GREEN VILLA, they are welcome . Your With us, fur noses will find ideal conditions for a wonderful holiday. Our large fenced garden and the directly adjacent 300-hectare nature reserve invite our four-legged friends to explore and discover.
When booking, simply select under "optional additional services" whether you are traveling with one or two dogs. Then you don't have to worry about caring for your pet.

Alternatively, there is an animal pension for dogs and cats in the immediate vicinity of the park (Dierenpension Gerelshoeve, 1 km). Your four-legged friends will also be well looked after there.
