This 4-star resort with a long, sandy beach and a fantastic location right on the water is known for its incomparable sunsets. The best conditions for enjoying a “sundowner” at the beach bar ;-).
Pure silence and sporting action – these are two opposites that attract each other, especially in this holiday resort. Despite the large area, it is pleasantly quiet, but there is always something special on offer so that you never get bored.

Long sandy beach
The long sandy beach is idyllically located directly on the Veluwe Sea. Since the holiday resort is located directly on the water, no dike or riverside road disturbs the fantastic view. Use of the beach is free for guests of the GREEN VILLA.
So nothing stands in the way of a round of jogging or Nordic walking right on the beach.
And children love this sand because of its ideal consistency for building sand castles .

Yacht harbour with boat hire
The resort has its own marina with slipway and jetties . Here you have the option of docking directly by boat.
For an unforgettable trip on the water, boats can also be rented directly on site (boat rental). In the Netherlands, boating is also possible without a license (up to 20 km/h)!
And the 7 islands of the Veluwe Sea ("Azores of the Veluwe") enrich every excursion on the water.
If you want a longer boat tour: The IJsselmeer is only a few nautical miles away.

Hardly any other country is as bike-friendly as the Netherlands. Here you will find well-developed cycle paths and extensive cycling equipment :
Would you like to explore the area in the typical Dutch way? Don't worry, you don't have to take your bikes from home with you. You can rent different types of bicycles, different transport solutions for small children such as cargo bikes , children's bike seats , e- bikes , bike trailers for dogs and other equipment directly at the reception at the holiday park.
Get on your bikes and explore the wonderful nature around the holiday park! You can also get information and maps for particularly worthwhile cycle paths in the lobby.
Many routes take you along the most beautiful places, through cozy little villages, extensive forests, windmills, paddocks, farms and small cafes and nice restaurants.

Play beach volleyball against a picturesque backdrop on the sandy beach. Where can you do that? Always a good opportunity to make new contacts in a playful way . And in between you can refresh yourself with a cool drink at the beach bar just a few meters away.
Bread roll service
Our guests can place an order for the next day using the ordering service. It will then be ensured that the fresh rolls from the local baker are ready at reception the next morning.
Swimming, bathing, splashing
Huge shallow water area :
What's particularly great about this holiday resort is that the water is very shallow all the way to the offshore island. Ideal for children and young people of all ages for swimming and a wide range of water sports activities. The area for non-swimmers is clearly marked and demarcated. There are no dangerous currents in this part of the sea either!
Nice and warm : It is very advantageous that the water in the park's bays warms up more quickly due to its shallow depth. And it's always there because, unlike the North Sea, there is no low tide here ;-)
Cleanliness
The park is always very well maintained . This is a particular concern of the park administration and has been anchored accordingly in the park regulations.
Winter garden
When there is a stiff breeze or on cooler days, you can make yourself really comfortable in the large winter garden and enjoy the view of the water from there.
How about a cup of delicious Italian coffee , latte macchiato, cappucino and a warm apple pie with cream? Mmm!
Surf-Shop
Oh, what a beautiful thing! This cute little surf shop doesn't just offer surfer clothing, hoodies, neos, board shorts, tankinis, beach wear, necklaces and bracelets.

Safety
Special feeling of security :
The park is an exclusive beach area reserved only for authorized guests. There is a gated and video-monitored entrance as well as a parking attendant . In urgent cases, the park staff is available around the clock, every day (24/7).
The paths are very well lit, so you feel very safe and comfortable there even in the dark.
Due to its ideal size (not too small and not too big), the park exudes a family atmosphere.
Children in particular benefit from the fact that " walking speed " is required throughout the entire park area.
Good communication
Due to its special proximity to Germany, the holiday resort is also extremely popular with Germans. In this respect, there is a good mix of nationalities here. Even if you are not entirely confident in one or another foreign language:
In addition to English, you can also get along well, especially in this park German further. This can also be very beneficial for small children.

The natural lake is known among anglers: carp, perch, pike, zander and many other species of fish can be found here.
Fishing for personal consumption is permitted in this park in the separately designated areas and surrounding waters. Cast your rod at the most beautiful fishing spot in the region, either from a boat on the natural lake or from one of the jetties in the park .

The kids have the opportunity to rent fun mobiles such as go-karts. With these very good quality companions it is even more fun to explore the holiday park on four wheels.
Quiet spots
In this park, there are many seating areas in special locations that invite you to relax and unwind in a quiet spot. After a long walk through the park, there is always a wonderful spot for a little picnic .
Fly a kite
There is always enough space on the long beach to fly a kite. You just have to wait for enough wind ;-)
Cocktail-Bar
The cocktail bar offers numerous cocktails with and without alcohol, with which you can end the day in a convivial atmosphere in a relaxed atmosphere .

If you're lucky with the weather, you can even go ice skating on a large ice rink right next to the park and then warm up again with a nice warm drink.

This snack bar with a special ambience is ideal for a little hunger in between meals. Fries, nuggets and burgers are always possible. And there are also some other very popular snacks and specialties here.
Board games
How about a nice sociable afternoon of games? Everything has already been thought of: all you have to do is choose a suitable board game from the library in the lobby and off you go.
Watching birds
Always interesting & relaxing at the same time:
...just watch the countless species of water birds in the nature reserve for a while, while the reeds move back and forth in the wind on the picturesque little islands of the natural lake.
Charging stations / eBike charging stations
There is a very good charging infrastructure for electric cars on site. There are numerous charging stations available at different locations in the park.
There are separate charging stations for e-bikes, pedelecs etc.
Launderette
If you would like to do some laundry during your stay, there is a well-equipped laundry room with several washing machines and dryers available within the holiday park in the immediate vicinity of the GREEN VILLA. You can easily pay by card. The launderette is open 24 hours a day.
