The freestanding Holiday home "GREEN VILLA" with a large , fully fenced garden is situated in a prime location within a beautiful parkland setting. Its quiet cul-de-sac location, ample privacy, and easy access to all amenities further enhance this outstanding location.
As soon as you step out the front door, the beach and water are within sight. In just a few steps you can feel the fine sand of this particularly beautiful stretch of beach beneath your feet.
The GREEN VILLA features premium full amenities and offers ample space across two floors for the comfort of up to seven people. The new building offers ideal sun exposure. For example, you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise right at the breakfast table, in the reading corner, or at the garden table. The sunset can be watched in complete relaxation on the roof terrace , depending on the season, even directly over the water.
The GREEN VILLA is particularly child-friendly, dog-friendly and environmentally friendly.

The panoramic fireplace lends the living area a special ambiance in every season. To ensure a pleasant and cozy atmosphere in the evenings, the living area of the GREEN VILLA is also equipped with dimmable lamps.
For even greater enjoyment, we've provided a high-quality sound system . You can play your favorite songs in excellent sound quality or simply let yourself be inspired by the radio.
A high-quality air conditioning system ensures comfortable temperatures for guests on two legs and four legs, even in summer.

3 bedrooms
All three bedrooms are furnished with large, comfortable beds (a total of six beds , some of which are box spring beds , each 200 cm long), providing comfortable sleeping space for both adults and children. Bed linen and freshly made beds upon arrival are included . The upstairs bedroom is especially popular with children, as it's a typical Dutch mezzanine . The lower ceiling height creates a cozy, den-like atmosphere. High-quality air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures even in summer.
Additional children's beds can be added to the bedrooms on the ground floor if required.
All bedrooms in the GREEN VILLA are equipped with high-quality insect screens . An additional ventilation function is even integrated into the window frames.

The 2 bathrooms are furnished to a high standard. 1 bathroom offers direct access to the master bedroom (bathroom en suite).
There are a total of 2 spacious showers, each with a pleasant rain shower function and additional hand shower, elegant designer washbasins, illuminated mirrors and practical towel radiators.
There is also a separate toilet for more privacy .
Hallway with wardrobe
The hallway of the GREEN VILLA is designed to be practical and functional. You can easily put on and take off your shoes while sitting on the shoe bench . You can also store a lot of shoes there so that they don't end up lying around loosely in the entrance area. There are numerous hooks in the wardrobe to neatly store jackets, hats, scarves, dog leashes, keys and much more. There are also some practical storage areas , for example for sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.

A large parking space is available exclusively for guests of the GREEN VILLA right in front of the front door . Free!
This is barrier-free paved (no gravel). This means you can easily roll your suitcases from the car into the house. You can enjoy the convenience of a paved parking lot every day, especially if you have children or dogs.
In the dark, you can even additionally illuminate your parking space using a switchable outdoor light .
There are several parking spaces with numerous e-charging stations just a few steps away from the holiday home.
Fast internet
The GREEN VILLA scores with fast internet. In addition to the free WiFi, the holiday home is equipped with a high-speed router that enables a fast and secure internet connection via WiFi and LAN. Streaming films and working from home is therefore no problem. There is also good cell phone reception here.
Child friendly
The GREEN VILLA is particularly child-friendly . Children will enjoy several well-equipped play areas inside and outside.

The GREEN VILLA is particularly dog-friendly . The four-legged friends enjoy the large garden where they have plenty of space to run around. Dog owners don't need to worry, because the garden is completely fenced in (1 meter high) and the outside staircase to the roof terrace is also secured by a gate.

The GREEN VILLA is located directly on the 300 hectare nature reserve. Great for walks, even with a dog.

Officially , Sunday cannot be registered as an arrival or departure day . However, check-out is possible all day Sunday, 24 hours a day, if you book by Monday morning and thus benefit from a higher discount (the more days, the higher the discount). Most guests find a Sunday evening departure more relaxing than having to check out by 10 a.m. on Monday morning.
