As soon as you leave the front door, the beach and water are in sight . In just a few steps you can feel the fine sand of the particularly beautiful section of beach under your feet.

The GREEN VILLA has premium full equipment and offers enough space over 2 floors for the well-being of up to 7 people. This new building offers an ideal orientation to the sun. For example, you can enjoy the wonderful sunrise directly at the breakfast table, in the reading corner or at the garden table. You can watch the sunset in a relaxed manner on the roof terrace, or even directly over the water, depending on the time of year.

Enjoy the fantastic view from the comfortable sofa. This is particularly successful thanks to the high ceiling in combination with the large window front. This means you benefit from a lot of daylight, for example to read a good book with a delicious cappuccino in the reading corner .
The panoramic fireplace gives the living area a special ambience in every season. The living area of the GREEN VILLA is also equipped with dimmable lamps so that it feels pleasant and cozy even in the evenings.

For even more enjoyment, we have provided you with a BOSE sound system . You can play your favorite songs with very good sound quality or simply be inspired by the radio music.

There is an additional terrace with comfortable lounge furniture on the roof.

On the large property of the GREEN VILLA you also benefit from the pleasant shade of the trees in some areas. The garden is completely fenced in to be child and dog friendly.

3 bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable beds ( 6 beds in total, some with box spring beds , each 200cm long), in which both adults and children can sleep comfortably. Linen and freshly made beds upon arrival are included . The bedroom on the upper floor is particularly popular with children because it is a typical Dutch mezzanine . The lower ceiling height makes it look like a cozy cave.
If necessary , additional children's beds can be added in the bedrooms on the ground floor.

All bedrooms in the GREEN VILLA are equipped with high-quality insect screens. There is even an additional ventilation function integrated into the window frame.

2 bathrooms + separate toilet
The 2 bathrooms are furnished to a high standard. 1 bathroom offers direct access to the master bedroom (bathroom en suite).
There are a total of 2 spacious showers, each with a pleasant rain shower function and additional hand shower, elegant designer washbasins, illuminated mirrors and practical towel radiators.
There is also a separate toilet for more privacy .
Hallway with wardrobe
The hallway of the GREEN VILLA is designed to be practical and functional. You can easily put on and take off your shoes while sitting on the shoe bench . You can also store a lot of shoes there so that they don't end up lying around loosely in the entrance area. There are numerous hooks in the wardrobe to neatly store jackets, hats, scarves, dog leashes, keys and much more. There are also some practical storage areas , for example for sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.

This is barrier-free paved (no gravel). This means you can easily roll your suitcases from the car into the house. You can enjoy the convenience of a paved parking lot every day, especially if you have children or dogs.
In the dark, you can even additionally illuminate your parking space using a switchable outdoor light .

There are several parking spaces with numerous e-charging stations just a few steps away from the holiday home.
Fast internet
The GREEN VILLA scores with fast internet. In addition to the free WiFi, the holiday home is equipped with a high-speed router that enables a fast and secure internet connection via WiFi and LAN. Streaming films and working from home is therefore no problem. There is also good cell phone reception here.

The GREEN VILLA is particularly child-friendly . Children will enjoy several well-equipped play areas inside and outside.

The GREEN VILLA is located directly on the 300 hectare nature reserve. Great for walks, even with a dog.

There is a lot of information and tips listed there that will be useful before you arrive . For example, the complete kitchen equipment is also listed. This way you can travel in a relaxed manner with as little luggage as possible. And of course it also contains precise directions.

RECEPTION
You will receive the keys for the GREEN VILLA directly at the lobby. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Even with extended opening hours from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. Times may vary in mid and low season.
A later arrival is possible by prior arrangement with the lobby using a key safe.
