As special service for the GREEN VILLA guests we have compiled 

some information which is already before arrival very useful and to be observed. The information was translated by google. Therefore, some terms might not be translated perfectly. Please do not be surprised ;-)

From the lobby, go straight ahead to the mini-mart and then turn left just before it.

 

Then you drive straight ahead until just behind the large white historic villa "Marina Hoeve".

 

There you turn sharp left. Another 50 meters and you have arrived at the destination "Torenvalk 30".

From Nunspeet train station to the park:

At Nunspeet train station, take bus 103 (direction Amersfoort via Harderwijk). After about 10 minutes you will reach the bus stop "Varelseweg". Get off the bus here. Follow the Varelseweg to the lobby (about 30 minutes walk).

From Harderwijk train station to the park:

From Harderwijk train station, take bus 103 (direction Nunspeet via Nijkerk). After about 20 minutes you will reach the bus stop "Varelseweg". Get off the bus here. Follow the Varelseweg to the lobby (about 30 minutes walk).

Check in

Please report to check-in at the lobbyand name yours there reservationnumber.

It will be at least that ID of the person who made the booking. 

There you will receive the admission ticket for the barrier and the key to the GREEN VILLA.

The official check-in is on the day of arrival from 4 p.m possible. You are welcome to contact the lobby directly in advance and ask if you can check in a little earlier. This depends on the availability of the cleaning staff and can therefore often only be decided on the same day. 

Alternatively, you can first park your car in the lobby car park and explore the park on foot (e.g. beach, beach restaurant) before the cleaning of our holiday home has been completed and you receive the keys. So you have a little more of the vacation day ;-)

In the peak season the lobby is usually open at the following times:

Monday: 09:00 to 20:00

 

Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

 

Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

 

Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

ATTENTION:
The above opening hours are without guarantee, because in the middle and low season times may vary. The times can also vary at short notice, for example due to a pandemic. Experience has shown that the lobby is open from at least 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except public holidays).

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you do this a few days before arrival check current opening hours. You can do this via the homepage of the holiday park or via the EuroParcs app to find out. Alternatively, you can call the lobby directly in advance.

IMPORTANT:
Please check upon arrival at the GREEN VILLA instantly, whether everything is as you booked it and whether everything is as clean as you expect it to be. Please report defects and d
eviations to the lobby immediately, so that improvements can be made directly.

VIP PASS:
With the VIP day pass you get an additional 10% discount on the already low outlet prices in most shops in the "Batavia Stad" fashion outlet. If you would like to benefit from this, you can hand over the VIP pass  from the lobby for free when you check in.

Check in outside the opening hours

On arrival outside the lobby opening times is processing via key safe possible. You would have to clarify this directly with the lobby in advance. This processing is only possible if you have already fully paid the booking amount.

You will then receive a Number code  for the key compartment assigned to you from the lobby by mail. In this are then the entry card for the barrier and the key to the GREEN VILLA for you.

The barrier can be opened with the access card handed out by the lobby at check-in. Please note that the barrier does not allow cars into the park between 11:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m. You can then park in the parking lot next to the lobby and walk to the GREEN VILLA.

 

Of course you can leave the park 24/7 by car.

EuroParcs has its own apartment with the latest information about the holiday resort

(such as current opening hours the lobby, the supermarket, the restaurant, the indoor pool and the snack bar, closing times of the barrier, current animation program, maintenance and renovation work, etc.). Please note that we have no control over the availability of parking services and the infrastructure have and therefore also no warranty can take over for these services. If something is temporarily unavailable (e.g. due to maintenance work), this does not give rise to any entitlement to a price reduction or withdrawal.

 

So that you have the latest information about the park, we recommend that you simply download the app for free from the app store. This way you can plan your vacation days based on the most up-to-date data.

Entry and pandemic regulations / Corona / Covid-19

Normally, of course, there are no border controls. A valid identity card or passport, child ID card, EU pet ID card is sufficient under normal circumstances.

Since the regulations can change, especially in times of a pandemic, we cannot assume any liability for this information. Please inform yourself about the currently valid regulations for this on the homepage of Foreign Office of your country.

The products are particularly sustainable and have been awarded the EU Ecolabel.

If you should need tea towels despite the dishwasher, you can get a tea towel package (1 tea towel + 1 hand towel) directly in the lobby for a fee.

Coffee

The GREEN VILLA is equipped with a SENSEO Maestro coffee pad machine. This is a premium pod machine with an additional espresso function. The height-adjustable spout for taller cups and glasses such as latte macchiato glasses is also special. Other plus points compared to a standard pod machine are the slider for selecting the coffee strength, the Intense Plus brewing technology for a particularly fine crema, the direct start button with automatic switch-off for greater ease of use, and the particularly large water container, which is ideal for use with several people.

In addition, we provide you with a professional milk frother. This is normally used in the catering industry and is therefore of particularly good quality. Almost all parts are made of stainless steel. You can easily clean the milk container, lid and mixing disc in the dishwasher. It is very important to us to offer you a solution that is as hygienic and convenient as possible.

Coffee pods and milk in different varieties (low-fat milk, oat milk, etc.) are conveniently available directly on site at the mini-market. Alternatively, you can of course bring everything from home. So you have every opportunity to enjoy your time and have a good time.

Drinking water

The water from the tap has a very good drinking water quality. We recommend that water tap on "cold" to deliver. The water is then clearest and tastes best.

In terms of sustainability, there is no need to buy extra bottled water in the supermarket.

Please note that it is of course not permitted to fill pools, paddling pools or similar with the tap water that you have brought with you.

Hygiene products

Packing less means less weight and therefore less consumption for the arrival and departure. With this in mind, we have listed the cleaning and hygiene items for you here:

Washing machines & dryers

If you want to do some laundry during your stay, then you can do it within the holiday park in close proximity to to the GREEN VILLA a well-equipped laundry salon (Wasserette) with several washing machines and dryers for disposal. You can conveniently pay the fee there by EC card or smartphone. You don´t have to bring laundry detergent with you, because it cannot be filled into the washing machine. The washing machines dose themselves. An ironing board is also available there. You will find a clothes horse in the storage room of the holiday home.

Barbecue / BBQ

For your well-being, we have set up a barbecue area on the terrace.

The following points must be taken into account for use:

  • Due to many requests, we provide the grill as an optional extra. That gas you have to get it yourself (e.g. at the gas station or at the hardware store nearby). But there is a possibility that the previous guests left you some gas ;-)

  • We have one in the storage room next to the front door Propane gas cylinder (returnable bottle) stored. You can use these to exchange with a corresponding one Gas station nearby (e.g. Gulf see below). Of course you can not collect the deposit for it, because it belongs to us. Alternatively, you can organize or bring another gas bottle.​​

  • Please remove the grill after use clean yourself! This takes over not the cleaning staff! You have one for cleaning grill brush to disposal.

ATTENTION:

For safety reasons, the Gas bottle has to be placed back in the storeroom immediately after use. Please remember that close storage room, so that children do not come into contact with the gas bottle.

Mini market & other supermarkets

The mini-market in the park offers a good range of products at fair prices. You can buy fresh bread rolls for your breakfast in the integrated bakery.

 

Please note that the mini-market is not open at all times or has limited opening hours, depending on the season (see app). We therefore provide our guests with alternative supermarket tips (LIDL, SPAR, etc.) in the digital guest folder "Info on site".

TV & Multimedia

Many devices you have brought with you (e.g. Apple TV Box, game console, Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire Stick, etc.) can be easily connected to the smart TV in the living room. Connections see photo.

There are many apps already pre-installed, so you can get started directly with your personal account data (Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, RakutenTV, DAZN, AppleTV, etc.).

Soccer, Bundesliga, Champions League & Co

For wow tv (formerly sky) is no App pre-installed. However, the program can be streamed onto the television from a device you have brought with you (e.g. iPad, smartphone, etc.). It is best to bring a Chromecast or something similar with you.

 

The app from DAZN and Amazon Prime are preinstalled on the TV. So you don't miss a game from your favorite club ;-)

children's programs:

In addition to the diverse range of analogue entertainment for children, there is of course also the option of being entertained in digital form. Some children's channels such as Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Baby TV, Duck TV, Nick Toons, Nick Junior, Canvas Junior, etc. can be received in the GREEN VILLA. In addition, ARD and ZDF offer child-friendly and high-quality programs. These can also be called up in the media libraries of the two broadcasters at any time.

Music & Radio

The BOSE SoundTouch Portable music system in the kitchen is equipped with Internet radio, AirPlay function and jack connection, so that you can easily transmit your favorite music either via streaming or audio cable.

Quick start Guide:

1. select the correct WiFi network ("Hotspot_Hoophuizen")

2. Open the Music app

3. Select Soundtouch as speaker

 

Alternatively you can listen to Radio also via the Smart TV in the living room.

Charging hub:

For our guests, we have also installed a smart power strip with USB-A and USB-C connections. We have dimensioned the shelf above it so that you can comfortably charge your smartphones and tablets there.

Internet

The GREEN VILLA is equipped with a fast and stable internet connection. You can easily connect your devices wirelessly to the secured WiFi of the holiday home.

 

Alternatively, you can connect your laptop or similar to the router using a LAN cable (your own). This is installed centrally behind the television in the living room.

In addition, there is a good WiFi network throughout the holiday park (hotspot).

Experience has shown that you have good cell phone reception in the GREEN VILLA as well as in the entire holiday park .

The GREEN VILLA is therefore also ideally suited for home office or mobile working.

Some guests have already done this and were enthusiastic (e.g. online yoga courses from the roof terrace, etc.). Or how about windsurfing during an extended lunch break or after work?

A lockable storage room is available right next to the entrance of the GREEN VILLA. Here you can assume many things dry and safe, such as

Childrens toys & board games

The childrens eyes will shine:
Our house is absolutely child-friendly and equipped with well play corners equipped so that boredom does not arise.

For example, a wooden train,KAPLA wooden blocks, a wooden horse in the garden, various puzzles and childrens books for different ages to delight children.

The bedroom on the upper floor is particularly popular with children because of its low ceiling height (no standing height for adults), because here they can set up a large "robbers den".

In addition to the children's toys in the GREEN VILLA, you can easily borrow numerous board games such as Monopoly in the lobby.

A large gaming-capable screen is available in the park's ChillZone . So remember to take your controllers with you. xBox controllers work very well there in combination with the xBox Game Pass (don't forget your personal access data for cloud gaming ).

Small children and dogs enjoy unique protection in the GREEN VILLA:

 

The property is secured with a 1 meter high fence. To secure the stairs we have installed one additional garden gate in the garden and installed a protective roller blind in the house.

The sockets of the GREEN VILLA are equipped with a protective device in the places accessible to children.

You can find this only in the GREEN VILLA.

Dogs & Rules

Dogs are very welcome in the GREEN VILLA. You will see that we have done a lot to ensure that the furry friends feel really comfortable with us. For reasons of sustainability and hygiene, the following rules must always be observed:

 

1. Dogs must never get on the beds, chairs, sofas or armchairs. dogs must always stay on the ground. This also applies to the furniture outside.

 

2. It is prohibited to use the blankets provided for dogs in the house.

Please remember to bring your own blanket and basket for your dog.

 

3. Dogs are allowed not unattended stay in the house or in the garden.

4. Absolutely only housebroken Dogs are welcome. Territory markings are on the property undesirable. The surrounding area certainly offers many quiet places that are ideal for this. If you accidentally defecate in the garden, it is immediate to be removed without residue and clean the area thoroughly. Otherwise, an additional professional basic cleaning will be commissioned (additional fee at least €200).

5. The holiday park is geared towards furry friends. Therefore, dog waste bags are available in the lobby and in special dispensers throughout the park. Dogs are to be taken out for business outside the park. The location of the GREEN VILLA is ideal for this, as you are only a few steps away from the beautiful nature reserve outside the park.

6. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the park, including on the beach.

When animals enter countries within the EU, they must be in possession of a European-style pet passport (since July 3, 2004). Animals must be vaccinated against rabies and must be identified by microchip or tattoo. It is the guests own responsibility to have the correct pet travel documents required at the destination (see current park terms and conditions).

Care & Grooming & Wellness:

If you want to spend some time without your dog, that's no problem either.

There is a very good boarding kennel a few metres from the holiday park.

It specialises in dogs and cats. A true place of well-being for your four-legged friends, which even offers wellness and care treatments such as washing, de-wooling and nail cutting, as well as anti-flea treatments.

Courses & Trainings:

In addition, you will find first-class training and courses for your dogs in the immediate vicinity, which you can book directly with the providers:

Food:

The local mini-market has some dog products in stock. Alternatively, you can visit other supermarkets in the area or, of course, take your usual food from home.

You can also ask the lobby for alternatives at any time. The lobby phone number is manned around the clock every day (outside opening hours = emergency number).

fishing

Lake Veluwe is a true paradise for anglers. If you would like to fish, you can even do so in the park without a VISpas. Ideal spots are the wooden jetties and the headlands that jut out into Lake Veluwe. Even in the high season, there are several quiet and beautiful fishing spots in the park.

 

Fishing is also possible from a boat. It is very practical that you can hire boats for this directly in the park. However, a VISpas is required for fishing from a boat.

To be on the safe side, ask in the lobby for the current regulations.

Non-smoking house

For sustainable and hygienic reasons smoking is prohibited in the GREEN VILLA. This also applies to the roof terrace (because of the upholstery, the wooden structure and the roof foil)!

 

If you smoke in the garden, you have to ensure that the furniture is not damaged. You have to clean the ashtray completely yourself. That is not the job of the cleaning staff. Otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged separately.

Additional services

If you need additional services during your stay, it's no problem. Just report to the lobby and everything will be taken care of (for a fee), such as:

 

- Change of bed linen:

Fresh bed linen will be provided in between ("additional bed linen package"). This linen package consists of sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase.

 

- Providing or exchange of bath towels and hand towels:

You will receive a fresh bath towel and hand towel per person. There is no automatic exchange. If you would like to have the towels changed during a longer stay, you would have to order this directly in the lobby and pay for it there.

For reasons of sustainability, we recommend that you bring your own hand and bath towels, as for hygienic reasons these towels are unfortunately only available in the park wrapped in (recyclable) foil (for the time being).

 

- Providing of tea towels 

The tea towel package consists of 1 tea towel + 1 towel. It is not provided as standard, as many guests only use the dishwasher and therefore do not need the towels. Otherwise, all the towels would have to be changed every time guests change for hygienic reasons, which would not be in the spirit of sustainability. If you do need dish towels, you can get a fresh pack for a small fee directly at the lobby. 

 

- Providing of additional children's equipment:

such as an extra high chair or an extra travel cot.

Please note: as is generally the case, bedding for travel cots is not provided by the park. Accordingly, you have to bring your own baby sleeping bag or similar.

Park

at the GREEN VILLA:

Right next to the holiday home there is a wide, paved parking lot right in front of the front door.

2nd possibility:

You have a second parking space a few meters from the GREEN VILLA property. There are usually a few free parking spaces there.

There are other parking options not far from the GREEN VILLA right off the lobby.

Electric cars are only allowed to be charged to the designated places of the holiday park. There are several fast charging stations to disposal:

According to the parking regulations, the charging of electric cars is prohibited directly at the holiday home.

 

Otherwise, the power grid of the holiday park would quickly be overloaded and there would be outages throughout the park.

In addition, the electrical installations in the holiday homes are not adequately secured, so that an increased fire hazard exists (not insured).

Apart from that, the charging loss would be up to 20% if not charging via the fast charging station.

Defects & complaints

Please check immediately on arrival that all services have been carried out as you booked them:

 

Are the beds made up in the correct number?

Are all the additional services you booked available? (towels, tea towels, children's high chair, children's travel bed)

Is everything as clean as you expect it to be?

 

Something is not as it should be? That can, but should not happen.

 

The professional rental organisation EuroParcs B.V. has received your payment to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. Therefore, you are welcome to be extra 'fussy'. This is also in our interest. We want to ensure that future guests receive the best possible service in our GREEN VILLA holiday home.

 

Should something not be in order e.g. regarding the cleaning result, the booked services as well as the functionality of objects:

 

Please inform the lobby immediately!!!

 

This is the only way to ensure that the lobby rectifies the situation as quickly as possible. If it is no longer possible to rectify the situation, the lobby will ask for reimbursement of the service not performed. Subsequent notifications are not expedient for any of the parties involved and may no longer be taken into account.

 

Examples:

- The holiday home was not sufficiently cleaned (used towels not taken away, etc.).

- A booked service was forgotten (e.g. bed linen was only loosely placed on the bed and not covered, baby cot missing, towels missing, etc.)?

- A technical device (e.g. oven, heating, dishwasher, etc.) is not working?

- Something is still working but is stuck or damaged (e.g. front door stiff, door handle loose, something has worn out, etc.)?

 

24-hour hotline:

The telephone number of the lobby (see contact administrator) automatically becomes a 24-hour hotline outside opening hours. Please note that the rental agreement has been concluded between you and EuroParcs B.V. (confirmed via the confirmation number provided). Therefore, all claims should be addressed directly to EuroParcs. Please note that as the owner of the holiday home, we have no influence on the availability of the park services and infrastructure and therefore cannot guarantee these services. Should something be temporarily unavailable (e.g. due to maintenance or renovation work), this does not give rise to a claim for price reduction or withdrawal. Exchange of the holiday home is also not permitted.

As a special service for the GREEN VILLA guests we have compiled some information in a "digital guest folder", which is very useful and to be observed on site.

On arrival day you get that link sent by mail (the person who made the booking).

 

Additionally all guests have the possibility on site with the camera of their smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code for reading the information.
